CLASSES
- Mural Painting
- Students design and paint a piece that is at least 4’ x 6’, in oil,
acrylic, or theatrical paints. Instruction includes discussions of composition, shared visual language,
understanding the site and purpose of the picture, connecting the
creative process to the meaning of the picture, and a variety of
technical information about paints, supports, dealing with clients, and
specialty materials. Continuing and first-time mural class students are
all warmly welcomed! MATERIALS: canvas and supports range from $30 - $80, paint media of
choice. For starters, just bring sketch media.
